MissionStatement:
Project Bridges is a NAEYC accredited, non-profit day care and preschool. Since 1973, we have been a leader in providing high quality care and education for children with diverse needs, cultures and socioeconomic backgrounds. We are a multicultural day care center and preschool, that believes it is the basic right of every child to feel a sense of identity, purpose and self-esteem, derived in part from each child's cultural heritage. We also believe that each child is unique and deserves the opportunity to grow and experience that uniqueness. With a nationally recognized curriculum, highly trained teachers, and a commitment to low student/teacher ratios, children develop a sense of identity and community in a safe, nurturing environment. For all children enrolled, as well as their families, participating in an integrated program that is reflective of the community and rich in diversity fosters the respect and appreciation of similarities and differences.
3 Specialized programs offered to qualified families/children:
°Language Scholarship: Subsidized part-time enrollment for children who are learning to speak English as a second language.
°Special Needs: Individualized support for children with cognitive, verbal or physical disabilities.
°Sliding Fee: Tuition assistance for qualified low-income families.
Project Bridges is a United Way Fox Cities Parner Agency. "United Way funding provides financial assistance for those families in need, through the Sliding Fee/Payment Assistance Program and supports the Special Needs and Language Scholarship Programs."
